First 2009-2010 Watermark Boom Sizzle!

Though summer is over, Boom Sizzle(TM) is back and in full force!

As usual, for the first one of the year, we go big and do it potluck style.

All high schoolers are invited to come and join in on the fun.

Parents are invited as well. We will be having a separate Parents Meeting

during the course of the festivities.

San Jose Earthquakes Soccer Outing

Watermark Soccer Fans:

The Diocese is sponsoring a night of Faith & Fellowship to go see the San Jose Earthquakes take on the Colorado Rapids @ Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara University. After the game, there is a special event sponsored by the Diocese where you can meet some of the players.

The event is on Friday, September 18 @ 8PM. Tickets are $25 / person.

We plan on meeting first at St. Clares and then take the short walk to Buck Shaw Stadium.

If interested or if you have any questions, please let Jonathan Lin (jonathanlin2 (at) gmail.com) know by Sunday, September 6. Once on the list, please make sure to bring $25 (make checks payable to SJCCC) and a signed permission slip (if under 18) on the day of.

Camping 2009

It's time to bust out the tents and spend the weekend roughin' it at Watermark Camping 2009!

Who: All high schoolers (including incoming freshmen) and YAGs

What: Watermark Camping 2009

When: Friday, August 7 to Sunday, August 9

• We will meet at 4:00PM on Friday in the St. Clare's parking lot
• We will be back to St. Clare's on Sunday in time for 3:00PM Mass

Where: Manresa State Beach (1445 San Andreas Rd, Watsonville, CA 95076)

The cost of this weekend is $20 (please make checks payable to "SJCCC") and there are only 32 spots available. Register now to guarantee a spot!
